I learned this early on while watching court proceedings. Shareef fell through one of the holes in our state's mental health system.

Enos was suspected in a burglary attempt. The owner of a home in the 1100 block of East Gabrilla Drive reported that a window was broken. The victim reported seeing a man carrying a bat or a stick leaving the rear of the home.

FEMA and MEMA and needs the information to support a presidential declaration and make the state and local government eligible for federal funding. It may also enable many local homeowners and businesses to be eligible for some aid programs.

An Indiana company has issued a recall of sausage products because they contain an "undeclared allergen." Perdue Farms says its Sweet Italian, Lean, Turkey Sausage was prepared using an ingredient that contained milk, which was not declared on the label. Each recalled package has a "Use By" date of March 30, 2010 or before.

By mid-morning residents were greeted by a brief encounter with freezing rain before the precipitation turned over into snow. The snow band has diminished somewhat, but another band is expected to move through the area Saturday evening.
